Become a part of history
The Summerville Union High School District is making an effort to re-establish and expand the Hall of Fame with the hope that we can honor graduates who have made extraordinary contributions to our schools in the area of Arts, Academics or Athletics and who demonstrated strength of character and commitment to the entire Summerville community.
Prior to the mid-1980s, Summerville Hall of Fame awards were given to graduates who excelled in athletics. Since that time, our Hall of Fame has been on hold. We now plan to take it from where it left off and, with the support of the Summerville High School Foundation, honor graduates who have truly made a difference not only in Athletics but in Arts and Academics as well.
Nominations will be accepted for those who graduated from the Summerville Union High School District at least 5 years ago and will be accepted from all district alumni as well as community members and staff. Nomination Forms are available at the Summerville Union High School District web site (summbears.net), and in the school office.
Nominations must be received by September 1, 2020 to be considered.
